Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Yeliner ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the app; where these terms and Apple's EULA differ, the stricter applies.

2. License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Yeliner on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions (Yeliner Pro)

• The free version lets you create a limited number of documents. Yeliner Pro unlocks unlimited documents.
• Documents you have already created always remain readable, editable, and syncable, regardless of subscription status. Upgrading only affects creating new documents beyond the free limit.
• Yeliner Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. The exact price is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

4. Your content & backups

You own the content you create in Yeliner. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. While Yeliner syncs through your iCloud, we are not responsible for any data loss caused by iCloud, device failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse it.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

下载或使用 Yeliner(下称"本应用")即表示你同意本服务条款。若不同意,请勿使用。Apple 的标准 《授权应用最终用户许可协议(EULA)》 同样适用于你对本应用的使用;若本条款与 Apple EULA 有冲突,以更严格者为准。

2. 授权许可

在遵守 App Store 服务条款的前提下,你获得在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上、出于个人用途使用 Yeliner 的个人、不可转让、非独占许可。

3. 订阅(Yeliner Pro)

• 免费版可创建有限数量的文档;Yeliner Pro 解锁无限文档。
• 你已创建的文档,无论订阅状态如何,始终可读、可编辑、可同步。升级仅影响"在免费上限之外新建文档"。
• Yeliner Pro 为自动续期订阅,提供月度或年度选项,实际价格在购买前于应用内显示。
• 费用通过你的 Apple ID 扣取。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭,否则订阅自动续期。你可随时在「系统设置 > Apple ID > 订阅」中管理或取消。
• 退款依 App Store 条款由 Apple 处理。

4. 你的内容与备份

你在 Yeliner 中创建的内容归你所有。你有责任自行保留备份。尽管 Yeliner 通过你的 iCloud 同步,但对于因 iCloud、设备故障或其他我们无法控制的情况导致的数据丢失,我们不承担责任。

5. 合理使用

请勿将本应用用于非法目的,或试图反向工程、干扰、滥用本应用。

6. 免责与责任限制

本应用按"现状"提供,不附带任何形式的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内,开发者不对因你使用本应用而产生的任何间接或后果性损害、或任何数据丢失承担责任。

7. 条款变更

本条款可能不时更新,修订版本将在本页发布并更新日期。
